The typical minimum order quantity is approximately 100–200 kg, depending on the product, formulation, pigment and packaging requirements.
Larger quantities are generally more economical for customized products and repeat production.
Masterbatch formulations are selected according to the customer’s base resin and normal processing temperature range.
Grades can be developed for materials such as PP, PE, ABS and PC. Customers should provide the resin type, grade and processing conditions so that suitable pigments, carriers and additives can be selected.
Selected standard black masterbatch grades are normally available from stock. Different formulations are available for general-purpose, appearance-sensitive and compliance-oriented applications.
Selected black masterbatch formulations have achieved passing test results for specified RoHS and PAHs requirements. Test results apply only to the tested samples and formulations. Customers should provide the final application, base resin and required regulations before product selection.
