SplitNest is provided by LET'S SHINE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. These Terms of Service govern use of the SplitNest application and related website presentation materials.

Use of the App

SplitNest is intended for shared-living coordination, including household expense management, settlement review, member activity tracking, and room collaboration. Users are responsible for how they use the app and for the information they enter.

Room and Member Responsibility

Users are responsible for the room information, member identity choices, settlement confirmations, and collaboration actions taken through the app. Users should verify shared household data carefully before relying on it.

Connectivity and Cloud Functions

Some SplitNest features rely on sign-in, room binding, and cloud synchronization. Availability and timing of those features may depend on device status, connection quality, and infrastructure conditions.

User Content

Users remain responsible for household names, member records, expenses, notes, settlement actions, and other content they create in the app.

Prohibited Use

Users must not use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes, or in ways that violate applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation
